After it started raining, we had to move everything inside. The kids were playing so nicely downstairs, and then they came up looking like this (James will not be happy I put this picture up, but I think it's hilarious):
The girls had gotten Lydia dressed up and given the boys leotards to put on! I just want to say that Luke was sleeping at this point or else he probably would have had a leotard on too!!Saturday, Christy and I got to go out and do a little shopping and had lunch with another friend, Christy, while the guys stayed home with the kids and then they went to the casino later that afternoon. James actually won some money, so, that night at dinner, he bought drinks and appetizers for everyone! Jess and Justin came in from Cleveland that afternoon (Justin had worked a 36 hour shift at the hospital or something like that). We all went out and celebrated being together again and the Hart's last weekend in Kalamazoo! We started the night at Sushiya and then continued on to Wild Bull's outdoor patio which was new and so much fun (live music, dancing, etc)!
Christy, me, and Jess at dinner at Sushiya...YUM!
Mike and Christy...Happy Anniversary!

Our boatover to dance with Justin
Sunday we went to James' favorite breakfast place, Lux Cafe in Battle Creek. When we first started going there with the Harts after church, we would ask for a table for 10 with 4 highchairs, now we only need two highchairs, but it's just as crazy! Then, that afternoon, great friends from college, the Houle's, traveled to Kalamazoo to spend the day with us. It helped us out tremendously that they made the trip to Kzoo and it was nice because over the last couple of years, they have gotten to know the Hart's too. We rented a bouncy so we could hang out at the house and the kids would have something fun to do. We then got sitters (for all 9 kids!) and went out to an early, adult-only meal at Olde Penninsula.
