Lydia still has her diva attitude, but she has gotten better over the last couple of months. Once you get past that, she has an adorable personality. She loves to make people laugh and she is very social...nothing shy about her! She is a really hardworker and still loves her puzzles and "drawing." The past couple of weeks she has really gotten into playing with her dolls. The bitty baby that my dad and Anna got her for Christmas finally has a name..."Ballet." Lydia takes Ballet all over the house with her in her backpack carrier, in the stroller, or on her bike. Speaking of ballet, Lydia is still taking ballet and swimming at the club and loving it. I still love having my girl!!
On Lydia's birthday, we had a very busy day planned, so, when she woke up, she opened her presents and we had cake (my favorite, banana graham cracker cake). We had gotten her a bike the weekend before for her birthday, which she had been enjoying all week. Lydia also got an easel, art supplies, a smock from Nina, and a bike helmet with knee and elbow pads from the boys. She loved all her gifts, as you can see from the pictures...

Trying out her new bike helmethelmet on to draw with chalk!
and watching Dora...such a multi-tasker!

Lydia had to bring pictures of herself to school on her birthday, so I made a little book. She was excited to bring it to school (notice the kneepads...I had to pry the away from her when we got to school!)That afternoon, we had Mya's birthday party. It was a little confusing for Lydia because it was on her birthday...she tried to open a gift, thinking it was hers. The kids had a great time on the bouncy and getting their faces painted. It was Lydia's first time to have her's painted.
