Glass Factory in Hidalgo

Last week we planned a ladie's day trip to the state of Hidalgo to visit a glass factory. They let us right on the floor, in the middle of the action, to see the process of making the beautiful glass pieces. It was an amazing thing to watch.

They put the pieces back in the oven after each step
They really do blow the glass into shape

I ended up buying a set of 8 beautiful green and purple water glasses, a huge, green pitcher, and 4 tequila glasses for 425 pesos ($35). You can't beat that!
