Nolan had his last open class of the year this past week. It's nice to see how much he's changed in the last school year. He seems like he's becoming more confident and more outgoing. When we got into the classroom and the kids were sitting around, ready to get started, Nolan picked up the toy ant under his chair and said to all the parents, "What's this?" The parents said a few different names (including ant) and Nolan said, "No, it's an insect." He would have never willingly talked in front of a group like that even a couple of months ago! He's really coming out of his shell and it's fun to watch!
