Easter Fun

We were in Cancun on the actual day of Easter, but we went to an Easter party before we left and celebrated our family Easter when we got home. The girls from the girl's home that Newcomer's supports were able to come to our Easter party where there was pool fun, egg decorating, a egg hunt, and even a chocolate fountain!

Lots of kids got good use out of Tara and Greg's pool

Me helping Nolan color some eggs...he wanted to
eat the eggs as soon as they were colored and by
the end, he looked like an Easter egg!

The very popular chocolate fountain

One of the girls had a birthday

The kids' Easter baskets

James reading the kids the story of Easter. It's fun to

do the Easter Bunny thing, but it's more important to us

that the kids know the real reason we celebrate Easter.

Nolan found an egg! The eggs were all filled with coins

because somebody forgot to buy candy before we left...oops!

Lydia found an egg!

Ethan was very good about letting his brother

and sister find the more obvious hidden eggs

Lydia found her basket...it was

hidden under the table

Nolan was so excited to see the Super

Mario figures in his basket!

Ethan took the longest to find his basket

Lydia loved her Minnie snap-on toy
