Metepec

The kids and I took a one night trip to Toluca to see the dormant volcano nearby.  We went to a "suburb" called Metepec on Saturday.  Metepec is most famous for the tree of life which is a pottery representation of the tree that Adam and Eve ate from in the Bible story.  The kids weren't too excited about walking around the town all afternoon, but we were all excited to eat at PF Chang's that night...yummy!!
