Sometimes while the kids are at school, the ladies will go on shopping trips to nearby towns. There are so many that are close with great crafts and fun things to see! I love these trips because it totally gets your mind of things and you can just spend quality time with the girls. Usually I don't break out the camera, but this was worth it. Three of us went looking for an antique cooler and came back with 3 paintings and a parrot! It is true that everything is for sale in these places! Tara wanted to rescue what I thought was their pet parrot, so she asked them how much he was and 15 minutes later we were packing him (or her) into the truck with us!
