Lydia and our niece and nephew, Carly and Cole, all have birthdays within 3 weeks of each other. This year we decided to do a combined family birthday party. Lydia turned 5, Carly turned 4, and Cole turned 1. The party was at James' sister, Julie's house since she lives closer to James' parents, brother, and grandparents. It was very low-key. James' mom set up an Easter egg hunt for the kids in the basement, the kids played, and we had pizza, cake, and opened presents. We all enjoyed celebrating the three birthdays together and I think it will become a tradition.
