Cleveland Zoo

We love that Jessie and Justin moved to Cleveland because it's not too far, and it's a great stopping point on the way out to my mom's in Pittsburgh. I was driving to Pittsburgh by myself with the kids, which wouldn't be a big deal except Lydia is still a horrible traveler. She screams at least 50% of every driving trip we've been on in the last 4 months! Sooo, I decided to stop and see Jess and Justin, since we had the time, to break the trip up. The kids loved staying at Aunt Jessie and Uncle Justin's apartment.

We had time the next day, so we decided to check out the Cleveland Zoo. They were doing a lot of construction, but it was a pretty nice zoo overall. They had a dinosaur exhibit (seems like all the zoos are doing that this summer, but they are all different) that the boys absolutely loved. Nolan would not stop talking about the "baby dinosaurs" (he loves baby anything and calls smaller versions of things babies all the time). They also got to feed the seals which was pretty neat. We spent a couple of hours at the zoo, ate at Chipotle (my favorite!), and got back in the car to drive the rest of the way to Pittsburgh.

The tigers were actually pretty active...they are so pretty!
