As some know, my very good friend that I met here in Mexico, Angela, has been fighting lymphoma for the last 4 months. While Angela was back in Canada, her husband, Terence, was still working here and kind of keeping their place as ex pats. Unfortunately, things became a little more complicated and Terence decided to take a job back up in Canada to be with Angela and the kids full time. Prayers for the family are appreciated!
This past Friday we had a party at our place to officially say goodbye to Terence and just let loose and have a good time. We surprised Terence with a skype video call from Ang (and the kids for a little while!). It was amazing to see her (absolutely beautiful with her bald head!) and chat for a little while. There were a few tears...I blame Josee!...but, overall, it was a cheerful conversation. Angela's been going through such a hard time, but she has been so strong. She is truly and inspiration! We love the whole family and can't wait to visit them in Canada when we're back in the States!
Terence seemed to have a great time and he was so appreciative. I would say the party was a success
