Stop 2: Sesame Place

From Pittsburgh we drove to Philadelphia to stay with our friends, the Rich and Morgan Greenberg. It was the first time I met their daughter, Kayla, and it was nice for us to have a chance to catch up. They live close to one of my favorite childhood memories...Sesame Place. For seven years (from ages 3 to 10) we lived 10 miles from this amusement park and had season passes. I wanted my kids to experience the fun of Sesame Place! The kids loved it, but, unfortunately, our day was cut short by the storm that blew in in the afternoon.

Lydia on the roller coaster (a new addition since I had been there!)

Nolan jumping on Ernie's Bed Bounce

Another new addition...the swings

Nolan, Ethan, and Lydia enjoying the waterpark

The water rides were closed because of lightning,

so we decided to watch the parade
