Mother's Day is a huge deal here in Mexico. It is always celebrated on May 10th (also James' birthday) and if companies don't have the day off, it is understood that they will only work a half day. So, technically, I had two mother's days. We celebrated the US mother's day on Sunday with James' mom by going out to breakfast and then on the 10th we did a combined celebration of mother's day and James' birthday by going out to dinner.
