James' mom wanted a picture of all the Grandkids before we left for Mexico (we've done it every year), so we went to Kiddie Kandids the day before Christmas Eve. We were dreading trying to get 5 kids (4 of them 3 and under) to cooperate, but they all did great (except Lydia not smiling, but that's normal).

I did not think we'd have any luck getting this picture of the girls.
We did the same pose with the boys 2 years ago when it was only the boys.
