Lydia was so excited about her 6th birthday! She is growing up to be such and enthusiastic, sweet little girl. She loves to learn and enjoys singing and dancing. Lydia is still very strong-willed which will serve her well one day (I just need to get through her childhood and keep it intact!). She loves playing with her friends and playing games with Mom and Dad. We are looking forward to seeing what this year brings for her!
I happened to be volunteering in her class on the day of her birthday, so I was there for her birthday celebration. She was so excited to be the center of attention and to be able to share her birthday treat with her classmates.
James' Grandma always gives the kids money to put in their college fund. When she opened the card and we explained what the money was for, Lydia said, "Yay, I get to go to college!!"
