Ethan was on a good little baseball team this year. They went undefeated the first half of the season. Ethan had a lot of walks, but we weren't sure he was going to swing the bat during a game. Their team was invited to a tournament against other little league teams from the area in the middle of the season. The tournament was machine pitch instead of kid pitch. Ethan swung the bat his first at-bat and popped out. Ethan was up in the last inning. The score was tied and there were two outs. He hit it hard up the middle and got 2 RBIs! Their team ended up winning 5-3. The streak continued. They played 4 games that weekend, won the tournament, and Ethan had the most RBIs! It was a fun weekend of baseball and a great confidence booster for Ethan!
