Snow, Cousins, and NYE 2011

While we were in Vegas, the kids stayed with Nina and Grandpa.  We had perfect timing because it snowed while we were in Las Vegas (enough for the kids to make a decent sized snowman) and was almost completely gone by the time we got back.  Another winter without seeing a lot of snow is not a problem for me!  Apparently, the kids still love the snow (darn it!) and had a blast playing in it and making a snowman with Grandpa.  I think Nolan bailed early, but Lydia and Ethan stuck it out until the end.  A big thank you to James' parents for watching the kids so we could have a few nights away for our 10 year anniversary!

The kids had a lot of fun with their cousins on this trip back.  They had gone to Chuck E Cheese's and played at Trae and Carly's house while we were gone.  When we got back we all went bowling and spent the early evening of New Year's Eve at a community party for families.
