The day before Christmas break, the third graders were supposed to have a pancake breakfast. Ethan wasn't going to be there since we were in Florida and he was pretty bummed. It ended up that the last day before break was cancelled, so Ethan's teacher rescheduled it for his class in January. The kids (and volunteer parents) made the whole breakfast for everyone to enjoy. Ethan and I were on pancake duty with a few other parents and classmates. It was a fun time for the kids that ended in a yummy breakfast!
