Just like New Year's Eve has become a tradition with the Cioleks and the Houles, so has a trip up to the Ciolek's house in Northern Michigan in the summer. Over the last year, I have seen many pictures of facebook friends at the Empire Bluffs. Although we have been to Empire almost every year since we were in college, amazingly, I have never done the hike. I had Kelly order up perfect weather and clear skies for a comfortable hike and beautiful pictures.
