NYE 2010

Unfortunately, our plans were changed for New Year's. We were planning on going to Troncones (beach by Ixtapa) with friends, but, because of circumstances beyond our control, we decided to cancel. We were sad to miss out on the beach and time with our friends, but it was nice to have the time to unpack and relax at home with the kids. Since we didn't get to take the kids into Centro to see the decorations before Christmas, we decided to do that New Year's Eve.

The kids in front of the Christmas tree
in Queretaro

Lydia saw Mickey Mouse in the tree

Nolan by one of the fountains

We just love everything about Centro!!

James with his Michelitro (liter of Michelada)

Kurt Wenner, the 3-D pavement artist, was in
Queretaro a couple of weeks ago, so we got
to see some of his artwork on the streets!
Huge ornaments decorated another tree

Cotton Candy after dinner!

Lydia and James dancing and singing in the square

We let the boys stay up a little late on NYE
and we played some games.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
